TUITION AND POLICIES
The dance and tumbling program run from September thru April. Monthly tuition is based on the yearly cost of the program. Some months you may receive only 3 classes while other months you may receive 5 classes.
The studio will close for all National Holidays. Reminders will be posted at the studio and in our Monthly Newsletters. The studio will be closed for two weeks between Christmas and New Years.

In inclement weather please listen to the Radio and TV for cancellations. You can also check the website for cancellations. The studio will try to close when Washington School district is closed. If a teacher has an emergency and cannot make it all effort to find a substitute teacher will be made however, if no one is available the class will be canceled and made up at the teacher’s discretion. Tuition refunds will not be given for any of the above cancellations. Make-ups can be done if an alternate class is available for the student due to illness or cancellations.

Annual Registration Fee is good from September thru July and is not refundable.
• Single Adult - $20.00
• Single Student - $30.00
• Family - $50.00
Monthly Tuition (Classes including dance, tumbling, art, theater, sign language)
• 5 % discount on entire tuition bill if payments received between the 1st and the 10th of the month.
•10 % discount on entire tuition bill if payments received before the 1st of the month.
•Tuition is due by the end of the month and payments after will incur a $10 Late Fee per Family.

Refund and Drop Policy:
If at any time participation is discontinued, please let the front desk know and fill out a drop slip before the 1st of the month. Once the month has started no refund will be given for that month and tuition will be billed. Refunds will only be given due to a medical or family emergency. Returned Checks will be charged a $25 Fee.

SPEECH FEES AND RATES:
• Individual Speech Therapy – $25.00 per half hour
• Group Speech Therapy - $75.00 a month (40 minute session)
Speech is NOT applicable for the tuition discounts.

REQUIRED CONSULTATION:
All special needs students are required to have a consultation prior to enrolling in or attending a free trial in any class. All consultations are conducted by Kim Helm, MS, CCC-SLP who is a licensed and certified Speech-Language Pathologist with over 12 years of experience. Please call for an appointment.
